Social-Commerce Ecosystem — HomeShop & Million Market

For HomeShop and Million Market we built a SaaS platform that manages online sales end-to-end in a single system: a customer-facing store (UZ/RU, passwordless SMS login), an 8-role admin panel (admin, manager, operator, warehouse, courier, seller, ad manager), a Telegram bot (autoposting and notifications) and an advertising module (ROI, CTR, KPI analytics). The core idea is social commerce: every Instagram/Telegram seller shares a unique link, the buyer orders through it, the system routes the order through operator → warehouse → courier, and on delivery the seller's balance is credited automatically. Payme, Click, Uzum and card payment integrations are built in. Live in production at both companies.
